Delivery Model
Vel is two co-founders. We do not pretend to be a fifty-person studio. We pull in experienced specialists for design sprints, GTM bursts, legal, and finance. We use AI to draft, structure, and speed execution. You work with the people whose names are on the site.
What a full institutional studio provides — and what we will not fake
Many global studios advertise day-zero capital, shared engineering teams, payroll, and large equity stakes. That is a real model. It is not our default. If a mandate needs capital, a lab, or a full-time build crew, we say so and structure it honestly — or we decline.
